In this class of our Foundation II series we will be focused on bread making. Baking is different from savory cooking, in that the recipes are like a formula that needs to be followed exactly or disaster will strike. Bread making can be fun and easy once you know the proper ways to set yourself up. Some breads can take a few hours, some can take a day.
