In this class of our Foundation II series we will be focused on bread making.  Baking is different from savory cooking, in that the recipes are like a formula that needs to be followed exactly or disaster will strike.  Bread making can be fun and easy once you know the proper ways to set yourself up.  Some breads can take a few hours, some can take a day.  We will show you some of our favorite quick setting breads, as well as a few breads that take some planning in their setup.  Join us for this class if you think you have what it takes to bake!
